• "Check-Mark" folders from you want to extract messages.
• click "Export" button or press "CTRL + E" key for extract messages, process of extraction would be started.
• if you are using trail version of our "Outlook Message Extractor v4.1" then it extract only 2 messages, it works fully functional after getting registration from us.
